At TopParken, you can also choose to buy a holiday home for your own use AND for rental income. This way, you can use the holiday home whenever you want. However, when you are not using it yourself, we will take care of everything and make sure that the holiday home is rented out to holidaymakers. This allows you to benefit from an interesting return, and of course from your personal holiday enjoyment.

✔️ Of course, you are not obliged to rent out your holiday home. You will decide whether you rent out your holiday home completely, partially, or not at all.
