Year-round (permanent) living in a vacation park is only allowed if it has the destination "living". The relevant municipality determines the destination of a park. However, most vacation parks in the Netherlands, including those of TopParken, have a recreational destination. This means that only recreation is allowed and permanent occupation is not.
