Update March 2024:

The sale of new vacation homes at the vacation park has now started. The first sales phase consists of 42 vacation homes suitable for four or five people. The vacation homes are spaciously located on rental or purchase lots and are suitable for personal use, to rent out, or a combination of both. Plus the location of the homes is unique: from the vacation home, you have a beautiful view of the river Lek. 

First steps made towards new holiday park Lexmond.

TopParken Lexmond is located by the Lek river and will consist of up to 115 holiday homes, suitable for private use or to (partially) rent out. That is a lower amount of units than at the two previous holiday parks. The holiday park will be active during the high season, in the off-season the holiday homes will be stored elsewhere. We recently started renovating the infrastructure, the outside pool, and the facilities building with the reception, catering facilities, and roof terrace. The look of the holiday park and holiday homes match the natural area. The beach, which has been closed off for the area for a while, will become accessible to everyone again. 

Since last year TopParken owns two existing holiday parks near Utrecht. We recently organized an informational meeting for people living in and near Lexmond, which hosted around 200 interested people. The meeting was organized to give people living in and near Lexmond a better overview of the plans for the area. There also was time to ask questions and make suggestions. TopParken has discussed all topics and will take necessary measures wherever possible.

We will do this in close collaboration with the Vijfheerenlanden municipality and the Rivierenland water board'.
