CROMVOIRT - Résidence de Leuvert, located in Noord-Brabant, is the first TopParken vacation park where new holiday homes are built without gas at the end of January 2020 Since 1 July 2018, new houses must be built without gas connection to reduce CO2 emissions. The earth is heating up quickly and this has large consequences for the climate .
TopParken has sustainable and responsible business practices as a priority. Besides the current measures for a better environment, we are also going to start building holiday homes without gas.
At Résidence de Leuvert 16 new holiday homes are built without gas connection, located on very large plots directly at the water. The holiday homes are heated electrically, also called 'all-electric residences'. There are two types of sustainable holiday homes for sale, the Module Special & the Module Special Deluxe. These are for sale from € 199,503 excl. VAT and incl own plot at the water.
