For private use and rental
De Beekhoeve can be bought starting at €276,743 excluding VAT and including a private plot, private parking, garden landscaping, purchasing costs and connection costs. Of course, you can decide yourself if you buy the house for private use or whether you want to rent the house out fully/partially . If you buy it for rental purposes, you can reclaim the VAT (partially or fully) from the tax authority.
