Second holiday park in North Brabant acquired by TopParken
TopParken continues to grow in North Brabant
As of January 1, 2024, TopParken is officially the new owner of Recreatiecentrum Witven in Veldhoven, near Eindhoven. This is the second vacation park to be acquired by TopParken in North Brabant this year. The acquisition brings the organization new, strategic opportunities and opportunities for growth in the southern part of the Netherlands.
Starting next year, TopParken will take over ownership of the holiday park from the Burgmans family, which has been the owner for the past years. The acquisition went smoothly and by agreement between the two parties. All employees, existing bookings and annual pitches for 2024 will be taken over by TopParken. A plan for the future operation of the holiday park is currently being worked on by a specially assembled project team.
Chadli Hachani, Marketing and Formula Manager at TopParken, commented on the acquisition: "We are delighted to continue our experience and knowledge regarding the operation and further development of holiday parks in what might be the most pleasant province in our country." He continued: "With a total of three acquisitions in 2023, we are therefore very much looking forward to the coming year!"
