The final sales phase at Résidence Valkenburg was launched this week. During this sales phase, the last new vacation homes at the vacation resort will be sold. The vacation homes are located in a new part of the vacation resort. We expect the final sales phase to be completed within a short period of time due to the popular location and people's increasing demand for purchasing their own vacation homes.
