Developments at Resort De Brabantse Kempen
In early November last year TopParken organized an information meeting for former owners at former holiday park De Hertenwei in Lage Mierde. The holiday park will continue under the name Resort De Brabantse Kempen. The meeting with owners of recreational accommodations at the holiday park started with an introduction about TopParken, which was followed by a presentation with a substantive explanation of the development plan. The owners voiced concerns, asked questions, and handed out compliments.
Since the end of October last year, TopParken owns holiday park De Hertenwei in Lage Mierde in North Brabant. The meeting was organized to give owners at the former holiday park De Hertenwei more insights into the plan development. There also was space for questions. TopParken has shared the results of this evening with the owners. There have also been meetings between owners and TopParken, where individual cases were discussed.
The new name, Resort De Brabantse Kempen, perfectly matches the area the holiday park is lcoated in, which is the Brabantse Kempen. The holiday park is located near a large nature reserve, with various cities and villages in the area. Therefore, TopParken strives for a harmonious integration of the holiday park in the environment.
At Resort De Brabantse Kempen developments are in full swing. The overdue maintenance is being tackled and the greenery and current facilities at the park are renovated and improved. Furthermore, construction work is taking place at the central building and associated facilities. Finally, the front of the park is being renovated, to make it align with the palette and style of TopParken. These modifications contribute to a recognizable and uniform look which matches the identity of the organization.
In early March the first phase of the park will begin, at the front and in the middle, with a focus on the development for four different homes for 6 to 10 persons. We expect to start sales on the holiday homes in the first half of 2024.
