TopParken introduces new vacation park Résidence Lage Vuursche

The development of Résidence Lage Vuursche is in full swing. The vacation park is located in Lage Vuursche, a popular recreational destination in the province of Utrecht. At this newest vacation park, TopParken focuses on creating unity with the natural surroundings, sustainability and luxury. At the end of this month, the organization will start selling the first vacation villas.

The 83 luxury vacation villas are intended for personal use, rental or a combination of these. The villas are completely gas-free, made of sustainable materials and can optionally be equipped with solar panels and wellness facilities. In addition, various recreational apartments and a restaurant will be built on the vacation park. "At Résidence Lage Vuursche, vacation guests and homeowners can recreate royally," says Chadli Hachani, marketing and formula manager at TopParken. He continues: 'This stems from the location and hotspots in the area surrounding the vacation park. The natural environment is carried through to the entire vacation park and the appearance of the accommodations, facilities and entrance is qualitative and inviting.

Résidence Lage Vuursche is located in the first large forest area from the Randstad, a short distance from Amsterdam and Amersfoort. In the immediate vicinity are various estates and nature reserves to be found as Castle Drakensteyn, Palace Soestdijk, Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park and the Loosdrechtse Plassen. The area is heavily visited by domestic and foreign tourists, making it a popular recreational destination in the Netherlands.
