The Netherlands is one of the ten best destinations in the world
According to the Lonely Planet travel guide, the Netherlands is one of the ten best destinations in the world in 2020. Thanks to its beautiful nature reserves and the bustling city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands is a tourist attraction. Getting selected for the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam (May 12th to 16th, 2020) also had an influence on the jury's decision.
According to the travel organization, April and May are the best months to visit the Netherlands. This is not only because of King's Day and the Eurovision, but also because the Netherlands will celebrate its 75th Liberation Day in 2020.
